Fast, active support for workplace injuries.
At Holistic Strength, we know that timely care is key to helping employees recover quickly and safely. Our Early Intervention Program is designed to manage musculoskeletal injuries within 2 weeks of occurrence, reducing downtime and associated costs while building confidence in movement.
Who It’s For:
Employees with musculoskeletal injuries
Injuries that have occurred within the last 4 weeks
What the Program Includes:
3 sessions with an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist over 6 weeks
Active home or gym program for ongoing recovery
Travel to the employee’s home or nearby gym if needed
Short progress report after the third session
Casual gym access if required
Theraband and massage ball for home use if needed
