Holistic Strength began in 2017, when Vian saw a gap in the market for allied health services to his local community. Vian started working as a sole trader under the name Holistic Dynamix, based at Loftus Recreation Centre in Leederville. Vian initially focused on helping people with back pain through tailored exercise programs.

In 2022, Holistic Dynamix rebranded to Holistic Strength. We formed a company, expanded our team, added more gym locations, and began supporting participants through the NDIS. All of this was to bring our services to more local communities and deliver a service that helped people be strong not only physically but also mentally.

By 2023, Holistic Strength had grown into a truly "holistic" company by offering a multidisciplinary allied health service, including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, and Therapy Assistant services, helping clients from Alkimos down to Rockingham.

In 2024, we realised the broad work of Speech Pathologists and that many of our participants required Speech Pathology. We went on a recruitment drive to find the best practitioners to integrate this department to our current services.

In 2025, Holistic Strength is expanding again — with increasing demand for services in the south west we partnered with a long standing family medical centre to launch a paediatric clinic in Mandurah, providing Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services. We are excited to help little ones have the best chance for a bright future.
